We will show you the ins and outs of one of the best dive operations in the Caribbean and teach you the basics about running an operation like Buddy Dive Resort. The hands-on and real life experience you will get during this course will prepare you for the future and will, with no doubt, give you a better understanding how to run a dive operation in a very efficient way! The subjects we will cover are:

- The operation and maintenance of compressors.
- The operation and maintenance of dive boats.
- The duties of the dive staff; being a dive master on board, the duties on dock, giving a correct dive operation and marine park orientation & renting out equipment.
- The infrastructure of the resort; Drive thru, Photo shop, Rental Area and Equipment, Retail Shop, Tanks Room and filling & the Classrooms.                             
- An overview of the following PADI programs: Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Referrals, Adventures in Diving and Advance Open Water.
- The management of the dive operation; scheduling staff, boats and guests; follow up of reservations and forecasts; evaluating and guiding the staff and dealing with complaints of staff or guests.
- The administration behind the dive operation; Retail Shop, Charging Procedures, Pricing, Sales, Products and Items.

- be a Dive professional
